Anger Management

Anger is one of the biggest enemies of human being. There are many stories of breaking things, where angry people exposed their wrath on delicate things and broke them into pieces by mercilessly throwing them. Does it really help in mitigating once irritation? If I am angry with a particular person and I am unable to to unveil my vexation  at that Specific individual, should  I choose someone relatively timid in nature as a scapegoat to get rid of the unbearable mental instability?

If we think of an empty well devoid of water-can anybody fetch water from this particular well? Probably no. right!!!

Similarly if we become like the Sun which is so full of energy that nobody dares to attempt abating the heat of the Sun. The lights developed with the scientific advancement that could convert the dark evenings as luminous as the sunshine- those amazing lights are also controlled by a switch; but the natural light of the Sun can never be controlled by a switch .Similarly if one is determined not to lose one's temper, nobody has the capability to make him angry.

Most of the cases, we become a victim of our sense of insecurity that forces us to expose the beastly characteristics which otherwise lie hidden under the rosy cover of our polite behaviour, that marks our personality for which we earn respect of others.

In many cases we act like a reformer of the society. In that baseless attempt of wild goose chasing instead of establishing ourselves as a successful pioneer of the society we lose our respectable image in the minds of Tom Dick and Harry.

If we are determined to remain happy forever under any situation and make our minds flexible enough to negotiate with the challenging situations, we can get rid of the anger.

Anger management is the other name of controlling one's emotions. Those who are driven by emotions and are very much driven by the other person's opinion. In order to establish themselves to be a successful opinion leaders they often misunderstand others who  do not follow their instructions . They try heart and soul and leave no stone unturned in order to convert others and wish to mold them into the shape they desire others to act like. We all must understand that every person in this world has the right to take his or her own decisions .We must not expect others to follow ourselves blindly, and at the same time we also must not follow someone impulsively. If one starts believing in this strategy, nobody will become irritated ever.

We must also understand that by breaking things or behaving in a crazy manner cannot bring peace of mind. Rather we should learn how to  respond in a logical considerate manner so that we become an efficient analyst, capable of judging others reaction. In order  to control our wrath we must understand the motive of the other people. Why they tend to differ with us. If we consider from their point of view we would automatically find the answer to our misunderstanding. And in case we don't find it, we should not be so much bothered about the same. When Jesus Christ was crucified, he had to face an intolerable pain but he neither complaint nor abused anyone. Rather he prayed till his  last breath to God to bless his hostile killers forgiving their evil deeds!

I am not telling that we should totally change ourselves overnight but probably we can control our reactions .We can give ourselves some time before actually coming down to a conclusion that whatever is happening with me is not the worst thing. If we minimise our expectations from others we can remain happy because in that case we won't really bother how other people are reacting, whether they are following our instructions or are busy to implement their ones. It is not easy to behave in a gentle manner and believe me it is not a symbol of cowardice. Rather a generous attitude is a kind of divine attribution which is  undoubtedly a rare phenomenon. It is really  not very easy to adapt such a courteous behaviour! When we are surrounded by cheaters and self-centered beings, it is really a challenge for anyone in the modern world to control one's anger. However, if one acquires this efficiency one can remain calm and cool and become the happiest person in this unhappy world!!!!

The Lithosphere

The outermost solid surface layer of the atmosphere is called Lithosphere. It is also called Crust. The word lithosphere is derived from Greek word "lithos" which means "stones". The surface of the earth is not flat . It is uneven, with different kind of landforms - mountains, hills, valleys and plateaus. The crust is covered by the thin layer of soil . The lithosphere is the realm of the Earth, through which most of the needs of human beings are fulfilled. Land is needed for human settlements . Soil is essential for agriculture. Industries get vital minerals and other raw materials from the lithosphere .

Reading comprehension 1

Read the following passage carefully and answer the questions that follow: Theodoric had been brought up by his mother, screening him from the hard realities of life. When she died she left  Theodoric alone in a world that was as real as ever. He had been staying at a country vicarage, the inmates of which had been certainly not brutal. On a particular day he set out on a journey by train. The pony carriage that was to take him to the station had never been properly ordered; and when the moment  for his departure drew near, The handy man who should have helped him was no where to be found. In this emergency Theodoric found himself obliged to collaborate with the vicar daughter in the task of harnessing the pony which necessitated groping about in and ill-lighted stable which smelt of mice. As the train gilded out of the station, Theodoric's clothes were giving out  an odour of mice. The only other occupant of the compartment, a lady of about the same age as himself seem...
